Afridun Amu was born in Kabul, went to Kindergarten in Moscow and studied in Sydney and Berlin law and social sciences. He works for the Max Planck Foundation for Peace and the Rule of Law with a focus on Constitutional Law and frequent services in Afghanistan. He is also a member of the core teaching team at the HPI School of Design Thinking. Combining the two, Afri introduced elements of Design Thinking into his work in developmental cooperation in Afghanistan and e.g. led a Design Thinking project with high-ranking members of the Afghan government in Kabul.
